Who They Are

F&W Media International is a community-focused, creator of content (for books, e-books and digital downloads) and marketer of products and services for hobbyists and enthusiasts. Their direct to consumer eCommerce sites offer a range of helpful information and products for crafters and enthusiasts alike.

The Challenge

F&W Media selected Insite Digital to convert their 3 existing stores over to the Magento Enterprise platform based on our proven ability to increase E-Commerce conversion rates & deliver high specification projects to tight deadlines.  The 3 new Magento Enterprise stores also required an in-depth integration with the back office solution ‘Priam’ for the processing of orders, stock, customers and credit facilities. Updated in realtime to provide a complete order process from the website confirmation, through to warehouse despatch and order shipment and tracking.

The Outcome

This was a fantastic project really showcasing the capabilities of the Magento Enterprise platform but also that of our teams expertise with Magento & how to best manage the platform to deliver the multi-store & future multi-lingual, multi-currency requirements.
