Who They Are

Trevails is a family business, started in 1919 by Royston Trevail. 35 years later when his son returned from the Second World War, he joined the business; now in his nineties still works regular hours on the shop floor. The business is now managed by Royston’s grandson and two great-grandchildren.

The lingerie section is generally thought to offer the best bra fitting service in the area, with experienced, discreet and well trained staff who have an extensive knowledge of how to find the most comfortable, supportive and flattering bra for their customers. The selection of underwear ranges from classic Sloggi, well known for comfort of fit to luxury items from Fantasie and Triumph.

The Challenge

Trevails came to us as we’d be recommended to them due to our expertise in the online fashion industry & that we’d ensure they got the perfect balance between design & conversion focused layout, usability & functionality. An integration with their EPOS system ‘Touch retail’ was also required.
